1. Brush Twice Daily — The Right Way
Brushing twice a day is the foundation of good oral health. Use a soft-bristled brush and fluoride toothpaste. Brush at a 45-degree angle to the gums using gentle circular motions for 2 full minutes. Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months.
2. Never Skip Flossing
Flossing removes food particles and plaque from between teeth where your toothbrush cannot reach. Do it once daily, preferably at night. If traditional floss is awkward, try a water flosser or interdental brushes.

Calcium-rich foods (dairy, leafy greens, almonds) strengthen tooth enamel. Vitamin D helps absorb calcium. Crunchy vegetables like carrots and celery naturally clean teeth and stimulate saliva production.

Worn bristles clean less effectively and harbour bacteria. Replace your toothbrush every 3–4 months, or immediately after being ill.
9. Never Ignore Dental Problems
